Able Australia began with a clear purpose: to support people who are deafblind to live with greater choice and independence.
Today, we are a diverse not-for-profit organisation providing disability services across Australia. We continue to grow and improve, guided by the people we support and the communities we work in.
Our promise
We listen to what matters to each person, work together and keep improving. That is how we create meaningful outcomes and reliable support for the long term.
Our 2026–29 priorities keep people at the centre while building a strong, sustainable organisation.
We deliver personalised support that focuses on choice, independence, wellbeing and meaningful outcomes.
We build consistent, reliable services and use resources responsibly so support can continue for the long term.
We use data, technology and new ideas to keep improving the experience of the people we support.
